Her aims is to make deep rest not just deeply impactful, but understandable and accessible to anyone.

She is currently initiating a scientific study exploring the effects of Yoga Nidra on the gut microbiome and hormone balance, furthering her mission to bring rigorous research into the world of restorative wellness.
